1.      2011 Theme – Hollywood Premiere. 

a.      Here at STM with the live auction in the cafeteria and the silent in the GYM.

b.      Seating will be plentiful and if you want a table, you can get a table.

2.      New grade based volunteer system

a.      8^th – Cleanup after

b.      7^th – Auction chairs

c.      6^th – Acquisitions

d.      5^th – Car Raffle

e.      4^th – Gathering Parties

f.        3^rd – Food & Beverage

g.      2^nd – Auction Setup/Checkout

h.      1^st – Invitations/Table Closing

i.        PS/K – Decorations

3.      Need chairpersons for 8^th grade cleanup, 6^th grade acquisitions, 5^th grade car raffle, 2^nd grade auction setup/checkout, 1^st grade invitations/table closing, PS/K decorations.  Plus volunteers.

4.      Acquisitions of items from your place of employment, your favorite restaurants, your sports teams, household items, children items, sports memorabilia, electronics, beauty items, gift certificates, interesting and odd items, trips to exotic destinations or local destinations, limousine rentals, hot air balloon rides, hotel stays locally.  Unique and interesting ideas!  You can drop off items or have items picked up.

5.      Car raffle – We are raffling off a brand new 2011 Chevrolet Camaro with thanks to our friends at Cable-Dahmer Chevrolet.  Each student will receive their car raffle tickets in their backpack along with the prizes that can be won.

-          Prizes for this year – Any family that sells $100 of NEW tickets will qualify for Friday Spirit Days starting September 30^th through November 11^th.   These are in addition to the 4 tickets that each family is allotted for the activity fee. 

-          Each week we would reward the student with the most tickets sold in that current week with a gift card from Script.  This would run from Sept. 2nd - Nov. 11 for a total of 11 weeks.

-          The Top three sellers would receive a larger gift card awarded at the end of the selling time, November 11^th

-          The Top Class (not grade) would receive a pizza party.
